Shiri Neder serves as Executive Vice President, Human Resources and is responsible for NICE's global Human Resources strategy and practices. Ms. Neder brings deep Human Resources expertise with shaping the employee experience, driving cultural transformation, building talent and leadership capabilities and leading strategic mergers, integrations and change management processes.
Shiri has more than twenty years of experience as a senior Human Resources leader at large, global technology companies. Prior to joining NICE, she was the Corporate Vice President, Head of Human Resources at Nova Measuring Instruments and shaped their Human Resources strategy to increase organizational scalability for growth. Prior to that, Shiri worked at Amdocs as Vice President, Human Resources for the Product and Delivery organizations and served as head of Amdocs’ Talent Development organization.
In addition, Shiri has held positions at Microsoft where she established the Human Resources function for the Telecom division as well as served as Regional Senior Human Resources Manager for the EMEA region.
Ms. Neder holds a BA in Social Science and an MA in Law from Bar Ilan University.
